Ingredients
- - Potatoes: 5 pieces (peeled and boiled)
- Green pepper: 2 pieces (finely chopped)
- Vegetable oil: 1 cup
- Green onion: 7 pieces (finely chopped)
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Parsley: 1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Lemon juice: half a cup (sour)
- Red hot pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Bulgur: 2 cups
- Vegetable oil: as needed (for frying)

Preparation Method
1. Mash the boiled potatoes well until smooth.
2. Place the bulgur in a pot over heat with a cup
of hot water, then cover the pot and let it sit until the bulgur absorbs all
the water and cooks.
3. In a deep bowl, place the bulgur, potatoes,
green bell pepper, salt, black pepper, red hot pepper, cinnamon, lemon juice,
and vegetable oil.
4. Knead the ingredients well with your hands, then
add the chopped green onions and parsley, and continue kneading well until
fully combined.
5. Divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls,
then press them slightly with the palm of your hands until they become flat.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium
heat, then fry the potato patties until golden brown on both sides.
7. Drain the potato patties with vegetables from the oil, place them on a serving dish, then serve hot
